Mohammed Al-Arabi, the Chairman of the Peace Club for Persons with Disability said that despite all the efforts made by all institutions working in the field of disability, government, individuals and public figures to make public places accessible to people with disabilities in the Gaza Strip, but the beach and ministries still lack accessibility. The Deputy Huda Naim welcomed the delegation and confirmed her readiness to visit decision makers in municipalities and ministries to reduce the problem and try to find positive solutions to end the suffering of people with disabilities relating to accessibility and particularly with regard to the beach.
This visit comes as part of a future sports project in cooperation between Peace Sports Club for Persons with Disability and Daikonia/Nad Foundation.
